Global Executive Leadership Training
with Global Excellence Business Leader Award
The Global Executive Leadership Program is a 5-day intensive leadership training and recognition event organized by Honor Crest Institute International (HCII), Canada, in collaboration with Non-Tech AI Advisory. This exclusive event brings together elite business leaders, directors, and regional influencers for high-impact training, international networking, and a prestigious awards ceremony. At the heart of the program is the conferment of the Global Excellence Business Leader Award (GEBLA) — a distinction presented to outstanding professionals who have made remarkable contributions to leadership, innovation, and enterprise within their regions and industries.
Award Conferment: Global Excellence Business Leader Award (GEBLA)
Nominees for the GEBLA undergo a confidential vetting and approval process overseen by the Division of International Programs at HCII. Awardees are recognized with the following: • A formal certificate of recognition • A custom-designed leadership plaque • An official academic gown and mantle • Public acknowledgment during a live award graduation session in Dubai This honor is symbolic of professional merit, leadership impact, and commitment to excellence in business and management. It stands as a testament to the awardee’s leadership journey and distinguished regional influence.
Executive Leadership Training: AI for Global Business Leaders
All selected participants will undergo a mandatory 5-day Executive Leadership Training titled AI for Global Business Leaders, facilitated by specialists from Non-Tech AI Advisory. The training covers: • Strategic applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business operations • AI adoption for decision-making, innovation, and scaling • Leadership competencies in digitally transforming environments The training is tailored specifically for: • Business executives • Organizational leaders • Strategic decision-makers • Visionary professionals aiming for global leadership roles Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Executive Training as part of their professional development portfolio.
Eligibility for Award Nomination
All participants who attend the program and complete the executive training are eligible to be considered for the Global Excellence Business Leader Award. This is subject to submission of an interest declaration and fulfillment of relevant application criteria.

Total Program Fee: $6,000 USD
The fee includes:

Application Requirements
To confirm participation, all nominees are required to submit the following documents:

• Short biographical summary (maximum 250 words)
