Dr. Savana Pires is the Director of International Relations & Mobility at Porto Business School, leading the strategic development of international partnerships, global programs, and multicultural initiatives in Executive Education. With expertise in business innovation, HR management, and human-centered design, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening PBS’s global presence and fostering a multicultural mindset.

Savana holds a bachelor’s in business with a specialization in Global Marketing from the University of West Florida (USA, 2006), an MBA from Porto Business School (Portugal, 2021), and an MSc in Change Management from Lund University (Sweden, 2024). Her extensive international experience spans Brazil, the USA, France, Japan, Panama, Sweden, and Portugal, with a focus on leadership, negotiation, cross-cultural and change management.
