Dr Michael Kojo Adegoke is presently the President of Honor Crest International Institute Canada and the Chief Executive Officer of MG Business Solutions Limited, Ghana. He holds a DBA from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva Switzerland, MBA from the University of Applied Science, Ghana. He is the Director of M-Gibes College of Business and Management; and the former Country Director for ICS Ghana. He worked as both a freight broker and an immigration consultant in Canada Ontario.

He has 20 years experience in the following : Banking Telecommunication E-Commerce Outsourcing Human Resources Management Oil & Gas Education Dr Adegoke has taken MGBS Ghana outside the borders of Africa where he was honoured with the most recognized qualification in outsourcing as a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) MasterClass from IAOP, Netherland in USA
